Alexcis Bradley, LCSW-Supervisor

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people who long to feel grounded, balanced, and at peace. In my work with clients, I’ve found that while most of us truly want to be physically and emotionally well, past and present challenges can sometimes hold us back from the life we envision. These barriers can make it difficult to move forward or reach our goals.

Living a life guided by your values doesn’t mean it will be free of stress or hardship—but it does create a steady path through life’s difficulties. I believe that self-compassion, mindfulness, and a genuine desire for growth can lead to meaningful and lasting change. I am trained in EMDR, CBT, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and I am a certified Grief Recovery Specialist.
